The primary purpose of this position is to provide high quality decision support to the test enterprise mission offering financial management services to all personnel, programs, support missions, associates, and external customers.

Duties

• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Serves as the principle advisor to the AFTC Commander and senior staff on all financial matters for highly technical Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) activities for the AFTC enterprise Participates in top-level management and business decisions of the AFTC Resolves conflicts of policy and procedures to allow best value financial management Serves as the FM Center Senior Functional (CSF) for the financial management workforce assigned to the AFTC enterprise
