THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), Position Description Number D1622000 and is part of the PA 193rd Special Operations Wing, National Guard. 1 or more Position(s) may be hired against this Announcement. Dual Announced with Announcement # 26-161. Only one selection will be made between the two.

Duties

• As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-09, you will serve as advisor to commanders on assigned unit human resources (HR) programs. Plan, direct, control and provide advisory services on all aspects of the Career Enhancement program for both Active Guard Reserve (AGR), unit drill status guardsmen, full time technicians and potential members. Plan, direct, and control all aspects of the Customer Service Program. Plan, direct, and control all aspects of the human resources employment program. Plan, direct, and controls all aspect of the Relocation program for all members. Ensure accuracy of human resources data system and performs functional review of data reliability relative to the relocations program. Develop wing readiness plans for the administration of contingencies and mobilizations. Manage contingency and exercise deployments. Manage Deployment Systems. Be responsible to the Military Support Flight Commander for the Personnel Support for Contingency Operations (PERSCO) portion of the Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS) Report. Serve as Classified Control Officer responsible for safeguarding and proper destruction of classified material IAW AF instructions, higher headquarters and local guidance. Perform other duties as assigned.
