TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT (OA)

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the installation focal point for all traffic management related issues to include but not limited to personal property shipments, passenger travel, and contract quality assurance.

Duties

• Personal property program administration. Interviews and assists Department of Defense personnel in planning and organizing passenger and personal property moves with the Traffic Management Office. Passenger movement program administration. Administers personal property inspection program. Serves as Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) providing quality control monitoring services to ensure that the Commercial Ticket Office contractor is in compliance with contract terms. Performs other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned in support of the organization.
