Operations Assistant NF-02

Summary

This position is located at Community Activity Center (CAC), Parks Reserve Force Training Center, Dublin, California. CAC has a variety of activities and programs for Soldiers to enjoy. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Announcement will a have a first cut office date of July 1, 2026, and applicants that submit a complete application packet prior to that date and found eligible may be given first consideration.

Duties

• Assists management with the operation of facility in accordance with established procedures.
• Issues, receives and controls cash receipts and change funds; verifies cash counts of funds turned in by cashiers. Determines cash shortage or overages.
• Assures only authorized patrons utilize the facilities. Submits daily report of operations.
• Monitors inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders. May assist bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashier's bag.
• Completes fire safety checks and secures the facility. Performs other duties as assigned.
