About the Position: This is an open continuous announcement. "Multiple vacancies exist and may be filled from this announcement at any of the locations listed. Duties

  • Works independently performing routine, emergent, and specialized procedures with responsibility for protocols, patient care, and magnet safety.
  • Receives and reviews requests from physicians and other health care providers for magnetic resonance imaging examinations of patients.
  • Performs adult and pediatric magnetic resonance imaging of the heart to identify cardiac pathology.
  • Independently establishes various parameters.
  • Trains Graduate Medical Education (GME) radiology residents, non-radiologist physicians, 68Pstudents and other personnel in MRI principles, procedures, capabilities, techniques, and equipment.
