Duty Manager (Security) NF-03

Summary

Serves as a Duty Manager in the Security Department of the Hale Koa Hotel. 2026 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for Honolulu, HI is 8.64%. Local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered. The first cut-off date will be on 21 July 2026. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager.

Duties

• Serves as Duty Manager responsible for the security of 800+ room, full service military hotel and Armed Forces Recreation Center (AFRC). Security is provided on a 24 hour 7 day a week basis. Is responsible for the employee entrance video management system and for internal hotel security. Maintains constant radio contact with management and hotel operator, to ensure immediate contact for resolution of security issues. Assist the Military Police and DoD Police in maintaining security throughout the AFRC property. Provides a full range of security services to guests, patrons and employees. Reviews daily activity and incident report and initiates proper action in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations.
