You Will: <ul> <li>Operate servo-driven tandem press lines to produce automotive structure parts. </li> <li>Set up automation systems and configure servo press machines to meet job specifications.</li> <li>Load blanks to the destocked, ensuring smooth production flow. </li> <li>Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. </li> <li>Monitor press operation to identify quality issues and address them promptly. </li> <li>Utilize Siemens HMI screens to perform diagnostics and resolve machine faults. </li> <li>Lead/execute automatic die changes and setting up the press line for new jobs. </li> <li>Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and timelines while adhering to safety protocols. </li> </ul> You Bring:: <ul> <li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and perform machine setup, troubleshooting, and quality checks.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with press machines, including automatic die changes and Siemens HMI diagnostics.</li> <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with quality assurance practices and resolving machine-related quality issues.</li> <li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and safety-conscious environment.</li> <li>Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.</li> <li>1–3 years of stamping experience, preferably with Schuler Tandem Servo Presses.</li> </ul> <div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><div> Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive <a href="https://mylucidbenefits.com/">benefits package</a> including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
